Pricing

Pay to bid. Never pay a commission.

Pricing FAQ

Why no commission?

Because commission distorts behavior. If we took 2% of every win, we'd benefit from higher prices. The whole point of the platform is lower prices for buyers and clean margin for suppliers — so we charge subscription and stay out of the deal.

What counts as a "region"?

Regions are NYC (five boroughs + Long Island), New Jersey (statewide), and Connecticut (statewide). A Starter subscription covers one. Professional covers all three. Enterprise can extend nationally.

Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at next renewal. No retroactive credits on downgrade.

What if I lose my subscription mid-RFQ?

If a payment fails, your active bids stay valid through close — they're sealed and locked. New bids and new RFQ matches pause until billing is current.

Is there a free tier?

No free tier, but the 14-day trial is full Professional access with no card on file. We'd rather you commit than dabble.

Do you charge developers anything?

Not in 2026. Buyer pricing will be published in 2027 with a grandfather clause for early adopters.

What about taxes?

We collect sales tax where required (NY, NJ, CT). Your invoices include the breakdown. W-9 on file means we issue 1099s where applicable.

14 days. No card. Real RFQs.
If it doesn't pay for itself in the trial, walk.
